1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and App4Ecom ("App4Ecom," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App4Ecom website and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use App4Ecom.

2. The App4Ecom service

App4Ecom provides information, discovery, comparison, review, and vendor-listing features for ecommerce software. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be subject to additional terms or requirements.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use App4Ecom. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Vendor accounts and listings

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings, pricing, claims, images, links, and other submitted information. You grant App4Ecom permission to host, display, format, reproduce, and distribute submitted content as needed to operate and promote the service.

We may review, edit for formatting, refuse, remove, or restrict any listing or submitted content. A listing on App4Ecom does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of a vendor or product.

5. Reviews and user content

You may not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, obscene, invasive of privacy, or intended to manipulate ratings or search results. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant App4Ecom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from it in connection with App4Ecom and its promotion.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use App4Ecom for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or systematically extract content except as permitted by applicable law or our written permission;
• upload malware or other harmful code;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• use App4Ecom to send unsolicited messages or advertising.

7. Third-party products and links

App4Ecom may contain links, descriptions, pricing, reviews, and information about third-party products and services. We do not control or guarantee third-party products, availability, pricing, security, performance, or content. Any purchase, subscription, or relationship with a third party is between you and that third party.

8. Intellectual property

App4Ecom and its original software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are owned by App4Ecom or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials.

9. Disclaimers

App4Ecom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Information on App4Ecom is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional, financial, legal, security, or business advice. You are responsible for evaluating products and making your own decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App4Ecom and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless App4Ecom and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to App4Ecom, remove content, or close an account if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk, acted unlawfully, or used the service abusively. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the date above. Your continued use of App4Ecom after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
